Yancey-Hausman Forms Strategic Relationship with RED|Advisors / Ann-Marie Daleo, CCIM

Yancey-Hausman Interests, Inc., a major Houston-based commercial real estate services firm, has formed a new strategic relationship with RED|Advisors, a commercial real estate consulting, due diligence and research firm. This will allow Yancey-Hausman to widen the depth and breadth of its commercial real estate services while leveraging RED|Advisors business development and investment opportunities into an expansion of both firms’ services.

As part of this new relationship RED|Advisors Principal Ann-Marie Daleo, CCIM will act as the Director of Business Development for Yancey-Hausman Interests, Inc.

Prior to RED|Advisors, Daleo was a part of several high profile commercial real estate companies including New Quest Properties, as senior development coordinator working on Brazos Town Center – a 430,000 SF, $240 million multi-use development; Moody National Companies, as Vice President; and RR Donnelley’s Global Real Estate Services Division as a Senior Associate, analyzing debt for CMBS lenders.

Daleo is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent. She holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, known as the Ph.D. of commercial investment real estate. Daleo currently is the President Elect for the CCIM Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter. She is also a committee member of the Houston Realty Business Coalition (HRBC). In 2009, she was a recipient of the Houston Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” Award - honoring young leaders who excel in their industries, are respected business leaders and show dynamic leadership in their community. Daleo is a native Texan, holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance, and is active with several local charities.

“This new relationship is an example of how Yancey-Hausman has diversified to stay among the top commercial real estate firms in Houston,” said Yancey-Hausman Chief Executive Officer Arnie Altsuler. “Yancey-Hausman’s clients will benefit from Daleo’s experience in due diligence and research as well as her contacts in the investment community. RED|Advisors’ clients will benefit from the full service commercial real estate services menu that Yancey-Hausman has spent the past 38 years perfecting.”
